There is almost always a queue. They save money on specialists. Although there are free windows where another specialist could work. An electronic queue is working.
After the repair, the department began to look much more presentable and more convenient. Employees are always ready to help when there were problems with the information kiosk, they quickly cleared the queue, they did not have to wait long.
To begin with, you don't always come across a polite woman at the post office. And already 3 times I have not received notifications about a parcel from China. I have to go to the post office and check it myself. The queues are long, but fortunately electronic queues have appeared and now pensioners do not climb on your head🤷♂️🤷♂️
I haven't encountered an electronic queue many times. But I am quite satisfied with the work of the staff, specifically for the department on Semenova Street. A great friendly collective
