I live nearby and constantly have to go to this post office. I do not know what they do with people at this post office, but I noticed a clear pattern: the new employees are very nice, friendly and fast, but the longer they work here, the more arrogant and indifferent they become.
There are many cases, I will describe 2 of them:
1. There is an employee who started working there about 3 years ago. At first she was very friendly, always helped and got into the situation, even helped me figure out the banking application so as not to pay the communal service every time at the post office. But a few years later, she began to be rude to everyone, work with indifference, stopped explaining anything. One day I had to send a letter with documents and she intercepted me near the mailbox, tore out the letter and put it on the scales, it turned out that it weighs 1 gram more than necessary and requires a stamp for 6 kopecks. I offered to pay off right away, because I was late for a meeting and it was important to send a letter, but she flatly refused to sell this brand. She said that only through the ticket at the end of the queue. I had to stand 30 people in line for a stamp for 6 kopecks, which I could immediately give away! Spending so much time swearing and arguing for what? It was possible to sell this unfortunate brand 100 times. That's the kind of customer focus.
2. The second case is when they refused to give me a letter that came to me as the director of the organization. I came with a notification that clearly stated that only a passport was needed to receive the letter. As a result, an absurd situation: I have a notification with my full name and passport, they have a letter addressed to me, but they did not give it back. I showed the charter of the organization, but they demanded an appointment order. This was not indicated anywhere, while they understand that the letter is to my address, in my name, everything is confirmed by the passport. They did not give it away on principle, I had to write a complaint and accept the time spent.
I'm not giving you 1 point, just because of the new employees who haven't managed to become like that yet.
The horror!!! How are pensions distributed??? No warnings!!! Because of this, there are many problems, especially the terrible attitude towards bedridden people with disabilities. They say: "We don't owe or owe anything to anyone! " Is this an attitude towards the elderly and the disabled? On October 12, they did not bring a pension to my disabled wife lying down!!! And no call, no explanation!!!

After the introduction of the electronic queue, it became much easier and more convenient, but during peak hours the waiting time is still long, and 2-3 specialists usually work at the same time (one window, as a rule, handles the receipt/ delivery of shipments, the rest are universal). There is a payment terminal available, but it would be a plus to add a specialist to the hall who could provide advice to visitors, thereby unloading specialists.
An excellent department, the staff is friendly, attentive, they will always help and tell you what to do with queues, they happen like everywhere else.

The most terrible organization. The direct purpose is postal items!!! But because of the queues for payment, it is not possible to defend your turn without hassle. Frequent quarrels in the queue, there are no CCTV cameras for calculating the amounts of money given out - they often argue that they were not given change.
The room is stuffy in summer because the air conditioners do not work and there are a lot of people at the end of the day.
Take action!!!! Make it impossible to use the "payments" service 10 minutes before the end of the shift!!!!! Find an employee to help with the terminal!!! Install cameras above the windows for more confident operators to issue money transfers and change!!!
