The queue works strangely, does not call the numbers, jumps to the numbers that came later and also for the parcel, and you sit and wait, but they do not call you!! The service is disgusting, every trip to this post office is like torture.
A very pleasant service is connected with this virus, it has become worse ,I work from 9.30 lunch from 14,00 to 15,00 and still, we need to look at what time they close or at 18,30 or 19.00.Moreover, every instructor has a break.
If we compare it with all branches in the city, then it is not the worst branch, there is a place to sit down, a self-service terminal and an electronic queue work
