The service and queues leave much to be desired, people who write about staff turnover calm down
This is not a problem for visitors, let the po be lifted and moved. Because of this, people who come for service should not suffer.
The average waiting time is 30-40 minutes
Good service, sometimes you have to sit for a long time waiting for your turn, parcels always arrived intact and neatly packed, there were never any problems with shipping.
I don't wait long, usually I just picked up the parcel. the maximum time that I waited was 7 minutes. and then, the queue was huge. the staff are polite and kind, mind their own business, and always work together. even if this is not the case, then the view is created exactly like this, I hope it will continue like this.
Terrible service. They don't even know what forms are needed for sending in the Republic of Belarus. They go back and forth, there are 10 people in line-and they feel purple. Slowly, tediously, for a long time, sometimes the operator is deaf - he asks 3 times
One window is open in the morning. To send a package, you need to stand for 45 minutes!!!!!

The girls working just super, everything is clear and to the point, I went in, saw the queue and was immediately scared, but in 15 minutes, I was already served.
Some people do not understand that the post office has a pretty good staff turnover and there are not enough employees. And those that are are trying to do everything possible.
The staff is very nice and will help with any question!
I was in town, I'm coming home with the kids. And there are greases for payment near the entrance. Our entire entrance. Minsk 27a! And what is this supposed to mean? Can't they drop it in the mailbox anymore? And then they say that we are not paying on time!
There are always queues, the notification of the parcel is brought when the parcel has already been picked up by himself, you can't get through, you have to find out something only upon arrival. I don't understand how they work there at all
There are one or two queues, the cash registers work at most, and the rest go just like that, the cashiers do not pay attention to the queues with letters and newspapers at home, your trouble may not prevail
