An electronic queue is organized, but it is the same for both legal entities and individuals. The queue number is called randomly, while providing the service, no attention is paid at all to the fact that receiving a parcel and receiving a pension are completely different procedures. To the question, why is the last 20 service ticket earlier than 16? The answer was that this man had come to the window earlier. So the question arises, what is this single electronic queue for? And by the way, after standing in line for 36 minutes, I did not receive my shipments. They got lost and we'll figure it out. My opinion is that the postal service operators in the Cherven post office are not competent both in their work and in communicating with customers. I would have put half an asterisk.
Terrible service!!! I sent a baby stroller marked carefully, the buyer was handed a stroller broken on the body and now it is not suitable for use. And they don't want to reimburse the funds!!! I'm not going to leave it that easy, I'm not going to lose my money. I sent the whole stroller and from the moment you accepted it, you are responsible for its integrity!!
