Compared to the Russian post, which has a single window, everything is serviced very quickly.
There is a constant queue, one of the four cash registers is working, the second is constantly busy with some business and serves customers. The delivery service used to issue registered letters before lunch, now there is no such service. And you have to wait in the general queue. 20 people serve for more than an hour. Belpost does not intend to hire employees.
There are no questions about the quality of employees' work. BUT in the evening at 17.45 ONE WINDOW is open!!! And for some reason, a store with goods that can be bought not at the post office. A very stupid organization of work!!!
