Terrible quality of service! We went into an empty office, out of 3 operators, only one is busy with letters, two have moved away from the workplace and are talking to each other, pretending that there are no customers! You're standing there and you don't know which window to go to, there's no one and you're completely ignored! Until I put the money and details on the barrier, the operator did not come up and did not pay attention to the client, without saying hello, specifying the I. O. for the necessary payment, due to the fact that she listened to colleagues further and not me, she almost spoiled my payment receipt by specifying other details! Terrible quality of service and staff! I hope I won't come there again!

It's just terrible, the opening hours on the website are written until 19:00, on the doors until 18:00, although I went literally 2 months ago and everything worked until 19:00, decide on the work schedule!

The post office in ag.Kommunar is open until 16.00. The working day of a working person using the services of Belpost is until 17.00. While you arrive from work, the post office is closed, there is no way to receive a parcel. They do not give parcels worth more than 1 b.c. to relatives. As a result, I need to pay the cost of its storage on the day of receipt of the parcel. Where is the logic? I want to receive a parcel on any business day at the end of my working day, and the post office is no longer open. Maybe it's worth reviewing the department's working hours?

They do not give information on mail by phone! I have to stand in a queue, God knows what kind, to ask if it has arrived or not, in fact, there is only one cash register. The staff is terrible, Balykina is a rude one!!!! What is the website or the above guide, who can I contact???? One horror, but it's a big deal, baby, as they say!!!! It's time to make changes-1-to replace Balykina with a more competent one, and 2-to teach young employees to talk!!!!

I subscribed to a disgusting newspaper and when they forget to put it in the mailbox, I no longer received 4 Avangard newspapers, adna was taken from the mobile post office there were recent ones like but I deceive them that there was no newspaper in the drawer. I will no longer subscribe to the newspaper, let them shorten it and take longer before the post.....
