Many thanks to the employees for their help. I rarely use mail, and the recipient also provided incorrect data. The employees explained everything, helped to choose the right service and fill out the envelope. Delivery I am in a pleasant shock, in less than a day. Thanks
The location of the post office is not convenient .The work schedule jumps, then they work from 10:00, then from 8:30, then from 9:30. And the site has not been updated for a long time. The website has a work schedule from 8:30, and in fact from 9:30.
The working hours have not changed for a long time. In fact, she came by 18:40 because the time is indicated that she works until 19:00 and the whole door is closed (today is no exception, it just burned down!). I went several times in the hope that the information on the Internet was updated, but alas, no.
The department may be good, but I haven't been able to get into it for a very long time.
CHANGE THE WORKING HOURS!
21st century, everyone is watching on the Internet!
The right object is in the right place. Very convenient. There is a parcel delivery window and two windows for paying for services and issuing pensions and benefits. There is a self-service machine. Electronic queue. Satisfied.
Very polite staff, fast service. The disadvantage is in a small room and a small number of chairs. On the days of retirement and payment, there is nowhere to get up, people are waiting on the street. The good thing is that they sell the necessary goods, products, sweets to children. High-quality household goods, dishes, and linen are often imported.
Although the queue is electronic, but at the time of payment for communal services, you can stand for a long time for receiving parcels because they call everyone in turn. And these utility bills in the window for receiving parcels are such a thing.
Competent staff, polite. But the big disadvantage is that all belpochta branches lie with the work schedule. On the website, the opening time is from 9.00, actually from 10.00.
Minus the fact that it got a little cramped. During rush hours, there is nowhere to turn around. Earlier, when the room area was larger, it was better! The waiting time varies, more often you have to wait in line, sometimes for a long time. The staff is polite.
Very ill-mannered, especially overstayed employees. Constant queues , even in the management of the new system , does not save the situation . The room is small. When a lot of people have to stand outside, it's hot in summer and cold in winter. Constantly nervous pensioners strive to get in line the old - fashioned way . Down the street, the former Zlatka store is empty. Here is a suitable room for the post office.
There is only one post office in the area, and therefore, on days of pensions and utility bills, there are huge queues, and I would like the staff to take this into account and work all the windows, and not 2-3.
A disgusting impression of the post office. Every time you have to stand in a huge queue to pick up a parcel. The impression of a shopping facility (pasta, soap, waffles, pots, etc.). In my opinion, the functions of the seller reduce the time for the staff to service the mail of customers for the purpose of mail (postal transfers and shipments). At least they could handle the BASIC mail functions. Today, to pick up the parcel, I was 23rd in line at 3 cash desks... the 21st century is in the yard. Perhaps for rural areas such an option of mail would be relevant, given the number of pensioners, BUT for active modern youth, this is an outdated institution that requires drastic decisions.
Friendly and patient staff! I give them all 5 stars! A remark (even a complaint) for the Belpochta RUPS: There could be more places and ticket offices in general for a neighborhood of many thousands! The place where AMI is now was just wonderful for the post office. In vain we moved to the small room where the Dolphin used to be!
Whenever you come, you will have to stand in line. On the days of payment for services and payment of pensions, there are a lot of people. On days when this is not the case, 1-2 windows are open, queues are created intentionally. When the next window opens, the employee invites people not from the beginning of the queue (those who have been standing for a long time), but from the end (those who have just arrived).
A small room. When pensioners receive pensions, it is not possible to enter the premises. Queues are like in Soviet times for sausage. There are practically no seats
There is little space, there are always a lot of people, and it happens that you can forgive in a queue when you pay for an apartment for more than one hour.
The service is slow, there are always a lot of people in the queue.you have to stand for about an hour to pay for something.all the windows never work.
