With the advent of the electronic queue, the service has become very slow, the human factor has disappeared if an old woman comes, or a mother with kids used to always skip the queue..now everyone is sitting and waiting for a call, many people can't stand it.
they come and go, and the electronic voice calls this number twice and this also delays the entire queue. although I can only say good things about the staff, they are friendly and cultured.
the premises for the post office are large, which pleases, it is not 10 squares as in some other places, the electronic queue is also very pleasing. because looking for the last one among the grandmothers is still a quest.
I gave it three stars, but this is for this communications department, I think, a secret one. What's not to like? It's crowded. It often takes 30 minutes or more to stand and sit in line. In winter, you sweat in a jacket, then you go out sweaty in the cold and wind. Don't eat karasho. They serve (the staff) well. Everyone is friendly, cultured, and pleasant.
What else don't I like? I personally, old and sick, have a long way to go here. Previously, our house was serviced by OS-49. It is located 2 times closer.
It's a soooooo terrible department, it's not organized, I sat in line with the little ones for 40 minutes.to make 4 sheets of a copier, no one missed the services and there is no copier service in the machine with coupons.Breeed!!

I have been trying to pick up a parcel from the post office for 3 days and every time there is a queue of 40 to 50 people at 10, 15 and 18 o'clock in the afternoon. The electronic queue should help to reduce, not increase, the queue. What's happening?
The communication department is too crowded, especially on the days of utility payments, slow inexperienced staff, service leaves much to be desired, or else 2 hours of waiting in an electronic queue is too much

Everything is very slow, and if there is a notification, you need to come for the parcel 3 times. This is a miracle of Belpost. I hope something will change.
