The staff did well, but once again due to the fact that there is no fast connection, waiting in line takes an hour or more, payments are very slow. It would be fine sometimes, but I come in once a month at best to send a package, and nothing changes. Maybe it's time to do something about it?
The staff is polite and happy to help with any question of interest. The queue is electronic, it moves very fast. The branch is located in a residential area, so there is a place to park, but queues due to this location certainly happen for 7-10 people. In most cases, you need a passport to resolve any issue, so do not forget to take it with you.
Convenient, fast service, although there is no modern design renovation as in the central office, but the service is very fast, although the population comes no less. Respect to the staff, Well done!
A good, modern department. An electronic queue has recently started working, which is very convenient. Employees of the day, understanding. They will always help and prompt you. You can always buy some water to drink, there is a grocery store, an office in the assortment.
The post office is crowded. The employees are trying their best . With the introduction of the electronic queue, it has become more comfortable. During RUSH hours, you will have to wait.
Huge queues!!! One of the 3 windows worked. After 20 minutes, the second window was opened, ticket number 176, there were 11 people in the queue. They are called to the window out of order, 178 and 180 were called in front of me, although their operations were the same. I waited 40 minutes, as a result, the employee said that there was an error in the Erip and my payment would not be able to be made
A good department, the staff are polite and serve quickly. But the department lacks an electronic queue. But people in general often organize themselves in the 1st place. It is possible with a stroller
Super cute staff. Thank you for organizing the "postal services only" window.
Minus a star for the lack of flexibility of the administration. Why not open a third cash register for work during a large influx of people? I understand there are no people. But it can be redistributed: the cashier works to receive parcels (and other things that an intern can handle). And employees with experience serve cash transactions.
What can I write about mail? Mail is like mail. On pension days, like everywhere else, it's crowded. And so, you can even not stand in line. The main thing is to know on what days and at what time it is better to come. Once I even bought buckwheat cheaper than in the store!
There is always a queue, not infrequently to the street. The service is very slow. And if you make some remark, they can send a letter to the tours, and then call the police...
As the employee of this post said in full voice and the second one fully agreed with her: "it's like in a polyclinic, it doesn't matter how many people are injured or dying, they have lunch on schedule." She said this, by the way, right before there was an informal lunch for 10 minutes. Apparently, immediately after the informal lunch at 9:40 a.m., lunch is scheduled at 10 a.m.
Disgusting attitude towards visitors, employees are constantly rude, there are only 2 working windows for the entire department, with such an influx of people, the time in the queue takes 1-1.5 hours!!!It's a shame that such an important place as the post office cannot be organized properly in the city!!!
It's just awful
I can't get through on the phone, everyone died out for 40 minutes I'm calling

I've never seen a worse department. Eternally dissatisfied workers, but at any request from a visitor, they either snap back or score on a request to lick nothing!
