The post office, at the moment, is alone in the side of the new buildings of the Novosti district. It is clean and cozy, but the staff lacks politeness and correctness.

I am satisfied with the work of the staff. I arrived as usual , regardless of the time for the parcel , in broad daylight . But alas , I arrived right in time for the start of lunch . I had to walk for half an hour . I've moved on to lunch before , and I haven't seen any OPS in this or any other cases.
