I pay for the communal here.Only positive emotions.Kindness, patience, pros.Respect for the people who work here. These are the very simple people who create the very Belarus every day with their seemingly inconspicuous and seemingly simple work. They need more understanding and adequate customers.
As the electronic queue was made, it became great, no one screams, does not argue, does not climb without a queue. Friendly staff, plenty of room in the room.
Сложно назвать почтой. Магазин, банк, но не почта! Если что-то касается почты, можно потерять даже час! Особенно в дни пенсий! Не считая того, что зал небольшой и мест для сидения не хватает.
Полный негатив!!!
No matter how many times I came here, there were never queues. 2-3 people, that's me. Friendly staff. They work smoothly, quickly, and competently. I really liked it, plus the presence of an information kiosk and an ATM nearby. The same without queues, everything is fine. I am satisfied! I RECOMMEND IT!
I have been going to wait for mail for a long time, the service has improved a lot with the installation of an electronic queue, now no one is scandalizing, everyone is waiting for their turn.
There have always been queues here since Soviet times. It was not close to walk from home to the post office, and now, DUE TO SOMEONE'S STUPIDITY, our house was attributed even further - in 1936!
But the main weakness of Belpost, like all post offices of the former USSR, is that prices for services have increased tenfold, which cannot be said about the speed of mail delivery. In short, Belpost needs to shake itself up and try to become at least a pale copy of the German, Western European mail.
