Everything was always good. Excellent store, friendly sellers, high-quality products. However, on January 14, 2025, at around 19:00, the cashier (she's the senior salesperson?) I've ruined the whole experience. She was rude to all the customers in the queue. Affected customers - at least 10 people. She didn't introduce herself and didn't give me a complaint book. A fly in the ointment.

A store with no love for the customer! Very often, products that are not fresh (especially in the meat department) have been tested on personal experience. There is no opportunity to try out the products, which is very frustrating, especially when choosing cheese. On the positive side: a wide range of products, courteous staff, though not all.
