I don't often use the services of the branch in Minsk, 104bDzerzhinsky St., and every time I visited the bank, there were a lot of people in queues, it was a nightmare to get to the specialists in the evening, the opening hours were until 20.00, but from 18.00 only 1 specialist out of five windows worked.
