For many years now I have been sewing from linen and therefore I often stop at Belarusian linen shops all over Minsk to buy fabrics. But I have never met such a bad organization of the store itself and its sellers. My review is the quintessence of what I have repeatedly observed and is not based on any one situation. I visited this particular store about 10 times at different times, but the story is the same :
1. The dimensional flap is laid out incomprehensibly, logic can be traced in some places, here is the tablecloth linen, here is the costume. But I did not meet the same flax once, which was lying in different piles and not the buyers threw it like that, but just neatly folded by the sellers.
2. There are partially no measurements of the measuring flap. That is, the price is glued, there are no sizes. Somewhere there is, somewhere there is not. That is, I find a fabric that suits me, of course there is no size, I cannot calculate whether it will be enough for me or not. We have to wait for the seller until he comes up, take measurements, etc. instead of choosing the fabric quickly on our own, saving both our own and others' time.
3. There is no article even for fabrics in rolls. Situation : I find a fabric that suits me in a roll (I needed 15 meters) Again, there is no cost and there is no article tag to see how many meters are in a roll. We are looking for the seller together, there is no tag (this search took about 20 minutes ) After which I say, should I wait a little longer until you find it? The seller says: No, I can't sell it to you and takes it away. Okay, I went and bought this fabric at another store.
4. The competence of sellers. They do not understand what they sell, they do not even know the elementary width of the fabric (there are standards, depending on the type of linen, this is the base, there is no need to memorize tons of literature). An example of a Belarusian flax store in Tivali ( on sportivnaya street), where sellers will always advise, tell you what was in the new delivery, what is in stock, clarify what is needed and help. Again, in Tivali, I saw how a manager from Orsha was invited, who gave a lecture to employees and told them in detail about the types of fabrics and finished products. Here we have the exact opposite situation . Sellers don't even understand what they have in stock and what it's all about.
5. I'm not talking about errors in articles, about the attitude of sellers both among themselves and with buyers (in a controversial situation, one seller began to tell off another in front of me, although her fault was there – it's just not professional)
I really love the production of the Orsha flax mill, I like the shops and their wide selection. Therefore, it just hurts to see how much you can ruin a store with elementary poorly organized work and incompetent employees. There is not enough order simply in the products and responsibility of the sellers.
The store itself is good, the assortment is more than enough. But as for the size of the clothes, it's just a complete disappointment. 92-94 trousers / shorts - you can't find them at all, and if you do, it's in terrible colors. The white color is generally a curiosity, ... It seems that production has been established, and the models are good, but we need sizes!!!

The store has a large selection of clothes and towels. In principle, there is a choice and a size range. But 2 fitting rooms are very small.
