Interesting place, delicious food, excellent staff. We were at a New Year's Eve corporate party. I didn't like the program, there is a wonderful team of cymbalists from Belarusian motives. The rest is Russian folk folklore. We have a beautiful culture, I was hoping to see it in Belaruskayhats

If you want to try Belarusian cuisine for the first time and you have nothing to compare it with, then you can go. But if you have been to the same Cornflowers or Syabry, then you may be disappointed at the Belorusskaya Khata institution. Let's start with the interior: The hall is large, there are a lot of seats, and this creates a sense of a kind of dining room without comfort. The furniture is massive in dark tones, adding to the gloom. And plastic flowers in vases are cheap. Entering the establishments with such an eloquent name Belarusian hut!! I want an atmosphere. But alas, you won't really find it here. Spoils everything and the music that plays in the background. This is a multi-genre playlist that mixes both chanson and pop (I do not know what the problem is to assemble a playlist of traditional, folk songs.
Now about the food:
There are enough national dishes to choose something to your liking. They cook for a long time.. for a very long time.. We waited for almost an hour!!! So it's better not to go hungry here) the portions themselves seem to have been cut (and everything from the menu seems to be normal by weight) when compared with competitors, the same dishes there have more filling (more cranberries, more vegetables, more meat) of the 4 items that were ordered, one was clearly overdried. Burnt edges, mushrooms turned into paper. As a result, the dish is not in a very good mood, further overshadowed by a long wait.

It is a great place for tourists and fans of Belarusian cuisine, the dishes are fresh and delicious. Separately, it is worth trying tinctures and cognac, very tasty, not tart, you don't even need to drink anything. Sometimes there are very good programs.

We were guests of the city during the New Year holidays. And coincidentally, my husband's birthday is on January 2nd. We decided to celebrate with friends in this cafe.
Perhaps it happened that evening (according to our friends, it was always great) but..We waited 45-50 minutes for the order. And there are only 2 tables occupied in the hall. I had to show my displeasure, after which the draniki were almost white on one side and fried on the other. The quality of the supposedly lightly salted fish was even more confusing. She's probably done it again..salted and marinated..
In general, I will say that it was bad after such a dinner..the case didn't end with the hospital, because I didn't really want to spend the weekend there. But we've been suffering for a long day...
so I don't recommend this cafe to visit..
It's possible that this is how lucky we are..

The Belorusskaya Khata restaurant is a real pearl in the world of cooking! Visiting this cozy corner of Belarusian gastronomy, I felt the real taste and atmosphere of the motherland.
The interior of the establishment is imbued with authentic national style, which creates comfort and a sense of warmth. The staff is friendly and hospitable, which immediately creates a positive impression.
The restaurant menu impresses with its variety of Belarusian dishes. They are prepared with love and careful attention to detail. Potato dranniki, machanka, draniki with salmon — each dish is a real creation of culinary art.
I can't help but mention desserts as well. Sweet cottage cheese pie and honey cake make you come back again and again.

The place is not bad for food and hospitality, but the singer there is a tin can, she does not sing, but screams, by 21:45 half of the hall was completely gone, so it was impossible to listen to her scream, she runs around the hall, as if stung, to the bar and back to exchange a few words with the receptionist and the girls - waitresses. I don't recommend it, because you can sit and eat anywhere, but a good dance program is 80% of the whole mood, if you want to spoil it for yourself, go to a white-handed hut.

We visited this institution on 04/21/2024.
They took "Belarusian pickles", "Polessky" Dranik with chicken, dranik with salmon and "homemade" kvass. I was only pleased with the clean dishes.
The composition of the dishes did not correspond to what was stated in the menu. Most likely, the store opposite ran out of Peking cabbage , so the dish was without it ))
Pickles bought in a penny opposite 😅 so also clearly less than the declared 325g. About the taste is a separate conversation)
Serving is like in a regular dining room)) only the prices are much higher!
With all this, the wait was 50 minutes. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE HALL. It's scary to imagine how long the wait will be if there are 5 people in the hall.
Oh yes, kvass is not "homemade" either.
In general, a "solid" two!

An atmospheric place. On a hot day, I escaped from the heat in this large and cozy basement. I came in immediately after the opening at 16 o'clock, was the first and only guest. Delicious, satisfying. But the price tag, as it seemed to me, is too high. Still, it's not a big deal in Minsk :-)

1. When accepting the order, the waiter said that if we sit after 22:00, we will have to pay 3.5 rubles per guest for live music. That is, in the evening after 22:00, payment for music is mandatory.
2. After bringing the drinks 10 minutes later, and the salad 15 minutes after the order was placed, the waiter said that the hot one would have to wait another 40-45 minutes. The question is why it was impossible to warn about this in advance, and not after serving drinks. In general, the interior, location and drinks are 5, and the service is 2.

We visited this restaurant today. Baked ears- a lot of burnt onions, just black. The ears themselves- the cat cried a lot. The sauce was delicious, and so were the croutons. Pancakes with pork rinds are simply black onions, the pancakes themselves are not crispy and not appetizing in appearance. Dessert is fondue. I don't know what it's made of, but it's sticky, without chocolate inside, only sprinkled with strips of something chocolate on top. I recommend trying the same dessert as Marconi.

The owner has probably never been to a real Belarusian hut. Stone on the walls and on the floor.. The name is promising, they tried to create something Belarusian inside. The prices are cosmic for what they offer. The music screams so that you can't hear your thoughts. Not a restaurant, but some kind of nightclub. Alas, but probably a C grade.

I had to constantly remind myself of myself. The food is 3 out of 5. At the next table sat a drunken company, which embarrassed all visitors with its behavior. The waitress's sluggish attempts to subdue them did not lead. I would not recommend this place to visit.

The menu itself is in the Belarusian style (there are even traditional tinctures like horseradish), but the quality of execution is not perfect. The baked hake turned out to be too salty, but the pancakes in the pot, on the contrary, were bland. I admit that these are one-time disadvantages, so I do not focus on them. An order of 17-25 rubles is a myth, for this price you can only order a portion of hot. Add a salad and some alcohol and an evening for two people will cost 90-100 rubles, which generally fits into the average price category.

We visited this place for the first time.Let's just say we celebrate the anniversary of our life together (already 20 years)) . The interior is catchy, authentic, cozy, the style is designed in the national tradition.The menu is very diverse! And everything is very tasty! Tinctures for 10 +.A very competent decision about the set.)The service is excellent. A good place for events. There is a lot of space, background music is soothing, not loud, live music on weekends (according to employees). A clean toilet!
