There is no hot water, the cracks in the windows are simply taped up. It's hard to believe that this is a university building at all.

I have no idea what kind of academic building is there. But once there was a kindergarten, then there was an elementary school 121. Before there was order, cleanliness and beauty, but now it seems like something artistic and not in the whole building, but only one small part was taken. Everything is in a deplorable state .
