It's terrible! What an embassy is what a consulate is! They don't pick up the phone for the second day, do they even work there? I am making a certificate of return, a week has passed without a word from them.. They said they would call themselves on Monday, already Wednesday. The plane is in a couple of days, the tickets are bought, whether I will fly... So you have to get into a taxi with a small child in your arms and go there yourself! I'm just shocked!
