I use Belarusneft's services regularly. The loyalty card is more than 5 years old. Approximately at 20.00 we arrived at the gas station after a long journey from Russia. We wanted to have a snack in the cafeteria from the gas station. We ordered three pancakes and bought 1 liter of juice. They asked for cups of juice. We sold the smallest 1 for espresso for 0.06 kopecks. The cup, which is designed for the smallest volume of coffee, was sold for juice. Please reconsider the approach to the customer making an order in the cafeteria of your gas station. Even a cup for 0.06 kopecks can spoil your appetite and opinion about your service.
