They didn't serve in the cafeteria because they had a dog (a miniature poodle) in their arms. For the first time, I couldn't buy hot dog coffee at the gas station... You might think that this is a gourmet restaurant, and not a gas station on the highway... We could at least offer takeout.
I believe that the rules in travel cafes should take into account the needs of travelers with pets. After all, I'm in circumstances that I can't change at the moment.
The staff refers to sanitary standards, but there are cafes where they are happy to serve with dogs, so the standards are not so stable.
If you're traveling with a pet, keep in mind that this gas station, unlike all the ones I've met on the way, is not friendly to travelers with dogs.

The most important gas station for this route. On the way to Bobruisk, Gomel, Rechitsa, Zhlobin and other places. Huge parking lots, a large cafe, two toilets. There are a lot of refueling columns. Polite sellers. There is a big problem with queues at the checkout, it is definitely necessary to add the number of cashiers, 10-15 people at the checkout is not very pleasant to stand. I put 5 with the hope of correcting the situation.

This is not the first time we have visited this gas station. It's always clean. There are parking spaces for both cars and trucks (6 places). There is a tire booster and a vacuum cleaner. The cafe is cozy and the working air conditioning is pleasantly pleasing. The staff is friendly.

The food in the cafe is just awful…
The kharcho contains only water and a lot of pepper. The beetroot salad did not consist of beetroot, but vinegar. Potatoes with chicken in a pot are generally a joke) The chicken is not cooked, and the potatoes in their uniforms are not washed and the peel is covered with sand. I expressed my opinion, and they told me at the checkout that it wasn't their problem, but the semi-finished products their cook was cooking were to blame. Thank you, there's no nudity in this cafe anymore. Now I understand why it's always empty.
