Just in case, I went to another gas station Bedarusneft and, lo and behold, the refueling was successful.
There are suspicions that the tanker is sitting on a percentage in this gas repair company.
If someone has a similar situation, then do not get a divorce.
Gas refueling is constantly out of order (morning and night): sometimes they have an hour shift, then a 3-hour refueling stop.
The gas station itself is very old. Fir trees are rocked by a bolon. It may freeze and not work at all. One time they couldn't figure out how much change to give.
In a word, it's very bad.
Not only is the service fast, good, and pleasant, but there's also no paid charging, but it's a small thing, but I'm happy with how much I've sunk into my soul. 😊

Refueling only at Belorusneft inspires more confidence, the service will always offer a cup of coffee and help with the selection of the assortment. I recommend refueling.
There is self-service here, I refueled normally once, the second time it did not work out, when paying, the inscription on the screen "It is impossible to reserve a column", tried 5 times, eventually left for Lukoil

It is not convenient to fill a full tank. First, you need to debit more from the card, then return for a refund. And they returned it for 2 days. There is no store.
