I asked to warm the pancake well, to which they replied that it would become rubbery if heated too much, to which I said that it did not matter to me.(great advertisement for your products) I went to the car to get some change because there was no change, I work in the service sector myself, I was sympathetic to this. When I took the pancake, I decided to take more napkins, additionally, so that a couple of pieces would remain in the car just in case (I didn't take a stack, 5-6 pieces). To which I was told in a pointed tone that they put solfettes in a bag with a pancake (repeated in a rough form several times) to which I replied that I needed more than usual and asked what the problem was and left. Honestly, I'm writing my first review in 33 years. It was very unpleasant for me, I felt as if I had stolen them...From now on, I will never refuel in this network again.. there are plenty of alternatives to a100 or Lukoil, where I will always be polite and will not pinch 5 napkins)

But the territory of the gas station is too small, during rush hours the queue sticks out all the way onto the road. Last time, I had a not very pleasant moment: I always ride to the light bulb. As soon as it lights up, I refuel at this gas station when I pass by. Usually, it turns out to drive +/- 15km and refuel to a full tank. Provided that the tank is 70L, it will take 62-63 liters (no more). But last time, it "fit" 65l. Of course, I did not make a scandal because of 3l. I really hope that this is a one-time failure, and not a programmed counter cheat. I think it's better to raise the price than to deceive the consumer.
Sellers are rude, they force you to buy a mask at a price 10 times more than a pharmacy, and then they punch the fuel when you don't even put it on.
I filled up 6 liters, the arrow did not rise at all, when I asked if they poured fuel into the tank, they replied that the arrow should not rise from 6 liters and they all filled up.
My goal is to set a failure for the fact that the Belneftekhim/Belarusneft organization, being a monopolist in the Republic of Belarus, raises fuel prices every week! This is beyond any gate!
