I am a daily visitor to the Belarusneft network. I asked to warm the pancake well, to which they replied that it would become rubbery if heated too much, to which I said that it did not matter to me.(great advertisement for your products) I went to the car to get some change because there was no change, I work in the service sector myself, I was sympathetic to this. When I took the pancake, I decided to take more napkins, additionally, so that a couple of pieces would remain in the car just in case (I didn't take a stack, 5-6 pieces). To which I was told in a pointed tone that they put solfettes in a bag with a pancake (repeated in a rough form several times) to which I replied that I needed more than usual and asked what the problem was and left. Honestly, I'm writing my first review in 33 years. It was very unpleasant for me, I felt as if I had stolen them...From now on, I will never refuel in this network again.. there are plenty of alternatives to a100 or Lukoil, where I will always be polite and will not pinch 5 napkins)

How tired I am of waiting for refueling due to the fact that the workers are constantly cooking something.
You go to the gas station, there are a lot of people in the queue and two people at the checkout.
Well, okay, BUT one of them works as a cook and constantly cooks something !!!
Dear management of Belorusneft Gas stations, if you want to make catering because of the gas station, then hire people.
So that the cook would cook , and the waiter would deliver , and the cashier 's employees would be at the checkout .
I'm tired of it already!!

Recently, gas stations have turned into cafes, and not very fast service. If it is so profitable for you to fry sausages, hire a special individual. It is not possible to refuel.
