Never contact this optics, the relationship to your regular customers is as bad as it can be, although they don't care about their reputation.. my story is the same as the girl's if you look through the reviews a little lower.. exactly the same situation .. and Optics benefits from the fairy tale of a 3-month warranty when low-quality goods are sold... so avoid this store!! I bought three Nano Vista frames in this optics. I know what I'm going to talk about, the frame costs at least 180 rubles.. it is considered vandal-proof, but it is not, the frame is terribly low-quality, believe me, but it is no matter how beautiful they are! The brand name on the shackle is erased instantly , Constantly in a calm state, the earpieces fell off in all three pairs, the child goes and the earpiece simply unfastened and fell , for such a cost it is unacceptable
Further, my whole attitude to optics was crossed out, I am a regular customer, I gave 1000 rubles in optics .. and when one of the three pairs of nano vista frames had a silicone nose guard peeled off after 5 months (they give a 12-month warranty on the frame, and a 3-month warranty on the nose guard) although it can't be like that when you buy frames everything is so colorful 12 months warranty, but if suddenly something happens to the frame in a couple of months, then the Optics Kids will tell you anything that they treated you like that and that it was their own fault.. But in any case, this is a warranty case, but if your frame breaks in this particular optics, they will not do anything to you !!!! Before writing an application for a replacement, I came to the optician , the head took the frame and said that everything would be replaced now ... I waited with the child for 40 minutes, the head comes out and informs me , and you know that I changed my mind about writing you a statement ..the level of professionalism is simply off the scale , but unfortunately everything is the same in this Optics and this is the norm for them. Instead of me coming and being told right away, I need to write a statement right away, so they decided that I had nothing to do with the child, I would wait 40 minutes just like that.. as a result, after 40 minutes I wrote a statement
Never buy Nano frames here, contact decent stores where customers are valued!
And I don 't need to write about the teeth marks on the earpieces , these are not interrelated things at all .. and it is logical that the glasses are used and not new and children's , which is important! I addressed you in a completely different way , namely that the nose guard came off , but you pretended not to notice ... and referred to scratches in other places.. this only speaks about your attitude to customers and professionalism, I think I will not be the last with your low-quality frames.. !
I've read all the reviews on this store! result. NO ONE HAS CHANGED THE FRAME UNDER WARRANTY! I think there are many alternatives where to buy frames and put glasses, word of mouth works well ! Soon no one will come to you with such an attitude! I left 1000 rubles with you - replace the frame under warranty for 179 rubles , damage to you ! Shame on you, but keep your discount that you gave me 15% for the purchase of a new frame! I will not go on principle and will not buy anything else from you, you are not the only one who sells frames
