I stayed with my son at the end of August. A great hotel. In the very center, I was not mistaken with the choice) Excellent location. The girls at the reception are attentive. The linen and towels are clean. The cleaning was offered by ourselves. They arrived a week ago. There are many delicious cafes and shopping centers within walking distance! I recommend

Good location, there are many attractions nearby. Within walking distance there are several banks, 2 supermarkets and a lot of catering for different tastes and budgets.
I lived in 2 high-level and standard room options. The standard one is the most cozy for my taste. The linen is good, quiet, clean. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.Overall, I was very satisfied with the price/quality ratio. Thanks to the hotel team for their hospitality!

To be honest, the apartments are very good. Great view from the window and nice staff. The only drawback is that it is very cold in winter. There is a heater and air conditioning in the room, but this will not save you from the cold. I also want to note the cleanliness in the rooms, which is not found in all hotels.

A cold room. The ceiling is 4 meters, the floor-to-ceiling windows are at -30 degrees outside in the dubak room. The blanket was only thin. At least they put an oil radiator on. Kaspi kuar is not accepted. Inconvenient stairs to the rooms. There are no complaints about cleanliness. The girl at the reception honestly said it was cold. It was impossible to refuse, since they have a non-refundable reservation at the booking.

We lived in room 5. Large Windows, but it's cold (the battery is barely warm), the air conditioner did not work for heat. BUT- the staff solved the problem with the condee in a day, put an additional one.heater. The shower was leaking, but it was also decided!

We got a room with a window on the square. The window didn't open. There was no refrigerator in the room, but there was an air conditioner.
There was also a kettle with cups in the room. Bottles of water were brought every day. The staff was helpful. There were slippers, a paste brush, a shoe spoon, soap and many other things in the room. I definitely recommend this place.

The rooms in the hotel are a little strange (huge, with large panoramic windows, because of this they are quite cold in winter). It was as if at first they planned to do something else, not a hotel. The furniture is also a bit strange, for example, in our room there was a huge sideboard with mirrors on the entire wall. But the location of the hotel is excellent, there are many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Therefore, I do not lower my rating.

The staff is 5+ (special thanks to the administrator for his hospitality and courtesy. I haven't met such sincerely kind people for a long time)
Cleanliness 4 (dust on furniture, bed linen should be changed to a new one in a good way)
Individual hygiene kit for each guest 5+ (a huge plus is disposable slippers)
Furniture 3 (rather outdated furniture and plumbing. Very creaky bed)
The water pressure is 5+ (in some hotels the water barely flows. There are no problems with this in this hotel)
Among other advantages: air conditioning, heat/cold, ventilation system on the ceiling, elevator, ironing facilities will be brought to the room on request, a telephone with 24-hour reception, travel guides and an information book for the guest indicating the nearest cafes and restaurants. We were presented with a magnet at the check-out :) It was very pleasant!
p.s.
I booked at the Booking office and did not notice that the room has no Windows. This is compensated by the large size of the room! I didn't feel any discomfort.
Next time I will definitely come here and recommend it to everyone!
