A strange separation. I came to pay the second installment for insurance, and an older woman who works there today (02/14/25) was sitting with a displeased face and, using abusive words, discussing some past client with another client, instead of doing her job and registering people. As a result, after standing and observing this situation for 5 minutes, which remained unchanged, I was forced to leave and open insurance with another company.
