Never contact this office, they try to avoid payment by all means, after 3 months of ordeal they charge pennies that you can wipe yourself. If it were possible, I wouldn't put stars at all.
P/s. Managers are rude, the management frankly sends nafig.
The insurance company is like everyone else, I don't really see the difference in them at all. Once they messed up, noticed it themselves, fixed it and returned the money.
