Indeed, this "company" has no customer orientation in the 21st century. The diagnosis is written in black and white in the conclusion that control is necessary, but the operator REFUSED to provide a letter of guarantee for ultrasound, referring to the fact that it needs a referral, although three years BEFORE there had never been problems. With this approach, you "squander" your own money faster: I would solve all the issues in one visit, but because of your stupid whims, I will have 2 or even 3 visits until I collect ALL the directions (although this is how "control" is written in the last conclusion. The mood of the operators who call back to the application is still a lottery, everything is different every time. One will coordinate an obvious visit, the other will run into the wrong thing and refuse. We have checked this many times already. On the same day, one may refuse, the second will agree. If you need a quick medical consultation and help, I STRONGLY do not recommend it.

I use medical insurance, which is provided at work, I would never have been insured there myself. It is impossible to get through, but you will make out these applications every time, and you will already miss the reception. The 21st century is in the yard. Make life easier for yourself and people. Something is wrong with the diagnoses and conclusions of doctors, then a letter of guarantee will be sent to the wrong doctor, then the name of the service is indicated with errors. Before that, there was another insurance, there were no problems at all from the word. I do not recommend this insurance company if you still value your time and nerves!
