The appeal in Belneftestras left an exceptionally negative impression. It is impossible to contact the company: it was not possible to reach the specified numbers on either the first or tenth attempt. Waiting on the line for more than half an hour without an answer. This is not just an inconvenience, but a sign of a complete lack of respect for the client.
When I finally managed to get through, I was confronted with the rude and arrogant tone of the employee. Such an attitude is absolutely unacceptable for an organization providing insurance services.
If basic service and polite communication are important to you, I strongly recommend looking for an alternative.
