I recently bought a Ford Focus 3 diesel station wagon. 2015 car, already a restyled version. I found a skirt from some and protection from this company. Clarify the nuances in the call and whether it would suit me, and after receiving satisfactory answers, I went to get her. When I picked it up, I asked again if it would be suitable and after receiving an affirmative answer, I bought it. This is how the protection connects to the skirt, and I took the skirt a few days after buying the protection, and tried to connect them a few days later. And what was my surprise when the skirt fit the bumper, but the protection did not fit the skirt! I dug up a piece of my old protection in the trash and there were really differences. Moreover, not only in the mounting holes, my protection was wider and therefore the purchased one could not be installed in any way. I hurried to contact this company and was surprised again. Instead of helping me somehow, they reset the spare part number, a screenshot of the description (for which car it is suitable), and gave me a categorical answer that spare parts cannot be returned or exchanged (they also sent a screenshot from some law or their internal regulations). In turn, I tried to explain that I was looking not for a number, but for a car and visual similarity, and that's why I asked them, as experts, several times. In the end, nothing worked out, the refusal with the wording was his own fault, because everything was indicated in their ad and he had to figure it out himself. There are no more ads, and I don't have any recordings of conversations either, so it's not possible to actually prove my case, as they say. Maybe they're right, but it's not the first time I've bought spare parts, and because of the 36 rubles, no company has ever struck a pose and always went out of their way to offer a replacement or agree on a refund. And he worked for Motorland himself, always helped customers and sided with them in such situations. Therefore, for my part, I decided that I would definitely not buy anything more from them. And who will consider them as a supplier, of course, I advise you to carefully inspect everything, figure it out yourself, because "everything is written in their ad and you had to study it carefully."
The review was written on 05/20/25, and on 05/21/25 an employee of the company called me and explained the situation. They figured it out, listened to the recordings of conversations, and indeed I clarified in the conversation and was confirmed that the spare part would fit. Therefore, they are willing to accept the refund and refund the money. For which I am grateful. The review was changed from 1 star to 3. As they say, the sediment remained
I've never seen such a tin before!!!! I called and ordered a spare part with a bumper buy. I was told that it is necessary to book this spare part in advance. I called back, said that I wanted to book well and come pick it up, to which I was told that she was still in Moscow, you can come on Saturday. To which I said I would arrive well on Saturday, and also specified the pick-up address.
I couldn't pick it up on the weekend. I called on Tuesday. I was rudely told that there was no reservation to your phone number, do you want us to bring you back on Saturday?
In general, in the end they just put the phone on the table, and I continued talking to myself.
I have never seen a worse service in my entire life. I highly recommend not contacting them. Their price was the lowest, and accordingly, I was once again convinced that the miser pays twice.
I called on Monday I wanted to buy a spare part listed on the website, they told me it was in armor, call on Thursday, called on Thursday, while the ad was immediately deleted on Monday, I say the spare parts were in the armor, and in response, name the article, but what should I call it if you deleted the ad, sorry to help in any way They couldn't and hung up

On the bumper.by found the spare parts, after talking with the manager, we agreed /booked the spare parts, set a day to confirm/ pick up the spare parts. The appointed day was postponed to the next, the next day was postponed to Saturday already. One gets the feeling that either they don't have these spare parts, or they don't have time to overdo it. On 10/22/2022, an engine without a mounted one was purchased in BelMotorsUnion, for various household reasons, it was installed and started two weeks later than the 30-day warranty period. The engine started but troil, the compression was measured, it showed a difference of 7 atmospheres on one of the cylinders.
Also, when examining the newly purchased engine, before installation, they found a piece of the nozzle return fitting in the pre-chamber, which probably got there when removing the mounted one.
When contacting the above-mentioned organization, the manager, referring to the expired warranty period, refused to accept claims, although there is a clause in the contract that when installing the engine at the service station, the warranty is set to 60 days.
Therefore, if the engine is not installed at a service station, you do not have a warranty at all, even 30 days.
Friendly staff, competent advice, located near the ring road! Upon arrival, my spare part was already waiting for me.
