EXCELLENT STAFF. BOTH THE CHOICE OF GOODS AND THEIR QUALITY ARE GOOD. THE TICKET OFFICES ARE WELL LOCATED FOR CUSTOMERS. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS CORRESPOND TO THE PRESENTED GOODS.
1 star simply for the fact that this store works, because until recently there were no alternatives of equal range at all. The store looks terrible, inside and out. cockroaches, the smell of some kind of dampness or mold, in a narrow vestibule in winter you can twist your neck by falling, because the tile is terribly slippery! small and uncomfortable storage rooms for bags, you can scratch your hand while stuffing something. It's a shame to talk about the very state of the storage rooms. sometimes you need to try to close it, sometimes they don't close at all. the doors are shaking. refrigerators have seen the kinds, and about all of them, in which meat, fish and dairy products are stored. recently, of course, new ones were installed, one small fish refrigerator will not be able to replace all the others. passageways (about all of them) they are terribly narrow, especially when they are forced with boxes of promotional oil / canned food / other goods that can be accidentally dropped, simply because otherwise they cannot pass through there. on weekends, you don't have to go in, often the shelves are half empty. the cheese that is cut in the store itself is usually cut in huge portions, and no one buys it, and the piece itself lies for 2-3-4 days. when you ask to cut this large piece in half, you are refused in a very rough form. the queues at the store are just terrible. In the evening, a long tail runs from the cash register to the bread (and sometimes to the dairy) department. The story is about the same over the weekend. there is no need to talk about prices, they absolutely do not correspond to this store. there is never anyone in the sausage and fish department, which is also a huge minus, you have to call the staff and wait. sometimes for 10 minutes
