An ordinary dorm with no frills. I lived on the 3rd floor in May. During this period, the heating was turned off and it was cold outside, the temperature in the room felt like it was outside, I had to sleep and walk in the room in all the clothes that I brought with me. The hostel is closed from 24.00 to 06.00. The housekeeper has been working since 8.30. We managed to get a second blanket because it was very cold. A block with two rooms: for 3 and 2 people. There is a refrigerator. One hanger, a broom with a dustpan, a trash can. There is no toilet paper, a basin for washing clothes, or a trite rag to wipe the floor after a shower. There were remnants of garbage bags, but I think it's from the residents. A down pillow, a blanket, and a bedspread have all been in use for decades. Two towels. There's only one key for everyone: one for the room, the other for the block, we put them on watch. For 12 days, the price is 49.01. Next to the dining room of the BSPU. Check-out before 12:00 p.m. After check-out, suitcases can be left on the ground floor and picked up during the day, they are allowed to use the toilet without any problems.
I give 5 stars for the staff! Very polite staff (the concierge is a middle-aged woman, sociable, polite, responsive). The second woman at the laundry counter is a very good, responsible employee! There are more of them for all of us-from whom there is an example to take!!!
