I liked everything in the pizzeria. The order was served and prepared quickly. The food was delicious, everything is cooked in plain sight, you can even watch the process. There is a playground on the top, although it was late there, around midnight, and perhaps because of this it did not work. By the way, this is another plus, it works until 2 a.m. The toilet is located in the basement, it is not convenient for everyone to go down and it was difficult to open the door to the stall from the inside, I thought I would stay there forever, by the way, there were dents on the door as from a blow, maybe someone was already trying to get out))
Otherwise, everything is delicious, fast and clean.

I ordered the delivery, the waiting time was 35-40 minutes. An hour passed and the courier was supposedly at the door (as it was in the program) It took 1 minute to write and it will be delivered for another 15 minutes. As a result, it says that the restaurant canceled the order. I don't know who's to blame for Yandex Delivery or you, but I think it's terrible. I have to wait an hour for food and this outcome is not pleasant.

Terrible delivery service. They reported that the order was delivered in 39 minutes, and in reality it was delivered 45 minutes after the message about the end of delivery. The manager and support did not resolve the issue in any way, the voucher was not issued. Here is such a service!

This is the only branch in a large residential area, so 80% of the time it works on fulfilling orders with home delivery, from which, while waiting for pizza, you can sit for a very long time (by the standards of conditional Evos), but personally it does not bother me, on the contrary, there is time to chat with friends. The food is delicious, especially if there is in the hall, there is a rather pleasant pizza serving. Delivery is also fast, couriers fly around the area all day.

I do not recommend Bellissimo Pizza on the Beruni metro to anyone! The worst service I've ever seen. Instead of 45 minutes, the delivery had to wait 1 hour.45 minutes. The call center, instead of resolving the situation, recommends simply talking to the manager, who allegedly has to call back and does not call back. Naturally, no one will eat cold pizza. And the strangest thing is that the order was canceled after 2 hours and 45 minutes. No apologies, no calls from belissimo.

Just TERRIBLE SERVICE! One star is still a lot. I stood right in front of the cashier's face for 4:37 minutes until the girl from the kitchen noticed me. The cashier counted the cash register in front of my face. The other one left to work with the delivery. When I was asked to call my manager, I heard "He's taking groceries now." The guests were served in the same way before me. We forgot to give coffee to two orders from the common room. I'm not coming back here anymore. I do not recommend it to anyone!
