While I was waiting for the order, a guest came, stood at the checkout for a couple of minutes, although the staff saw her and no one came to take the order. I've been to other branches and the staff there are friendly

The taste of the food is not bad. But the service is terrible. There are a whole bunch of workers at the food distribution and no one is doing anything. The order was made for almost half an hour instead of 15 minutes. We gave the order for another 10-15 minutes. They did not give it away completely, I had to wait and return for a separate dish

A sufficient number of dishes were offered on the menu. Unfortunately, not everything on the menu was available. Moreover, only one employee worked, which significantly increased the waiting time for the order.
The quality of the food was also not the best. Coca-Cola was missing!
Napkins were given in very small quantities.
Overall, I would not recommend this place to visit. It is better to look for another cafe with better service and more delicious food.
