An excellent hotel for a family holiday, a very green area, the hotel is located in the forest,there is a place to walk, the territory is not large, shops are not close, only by taxi, it is not really possible to walk, but in principle it is all not needed here, by and large. I really liked one feature, there are always shops in hotels, Turks work directly in the shops here, not Azers, the staff in the hotel itself is Turks, not the whole CIS- what does this affect? And despite the fact that they don't bother you with tips, they don't try to be intrusive or "overly" friendly, everyone is adequate, calmly communicate, help when you ask, ordinary people have been to other hotels where the whole rabble of the CIS has gathered, it can be stupid, it really spoils the impression of the hotel... And there are also few Germans here, which is why the territory is not polluted or littered. It's quiet here! Everywhere. There is nothing for party people to do here, that's for sure, but just for those who decided to relax and relax in silence, this place is for you. VERY TASTY FOOD! I was really stunned, almost everything is delicious here! Especially meat! I had a spoiled opinion from the patrons of different countries, because I thought that they all cook disgusting food, any of all categories, but here are the same dishes, but they are delicious! It is rare to come across something that is not tasty. There is a small good zoo, some kind of stable, but this is not for me, there are no details here. In general, I highly recommend it for family holidays with and without children.

There is a good selection of imported alcohol included in the price for the hotel. Good mattresses and pillows in the room. Large mosquito net on the balcony: it is possible to sleep with an open balcony. A good, not sharp, sandy entrance to the sea. A clear blue sea with a minimum number of waves. We will definitely return to the hotel. I liked spending my autumn holidays in it.

I really liked the hotel, the food is great, the dishes are always clean, there have never been long queues in the season, every day there is a different theme, a large green area, a good playroom for children and super animators girls. Evening shows for children and adults. A gorgeous wide beach with a gentle entrance for children. The staff is courteous, everyone greets, speaks Russian.
A big gorgeous zoo.
We lived in 3-storey buildings of camellia, rooms for 4, but everything is clean, the bar is replenished daily.
The contingent is mainly families with children. It takes 30-40 minutes to drive from the airport quickly. The first time we took a child was 2.5 years old and everything went great.
The only negative of course is the price)))

Upon check-in, they asked for a room on the third floor. They gave me the first one. They began to move in, it turned out that the room was battered, the entrance door was not locked from the inside. Let's have a fight. As a result, they gave us what they originally wanted. A ladder is not fixed in one of the pools. They told the administration, they haven't responded yet. Also, wooden slats are not fixed on the pier, you can fall through or damage your legs. On the beach, the sun beds are very close to each other, so it is quite difficult to walk between them. You have to go around the whole row. The schedule of activities is weighted randomly. The staff is not aware of current events. The slides are open until 17:00, although they work through the fence at the hotel until 18:00 (it is difficult to explain to a child why this is so). There is a clear shortage of staff at breakfast and dinner. You have to go to the bar to get drinks on your own. There is a lot of imported alcohol, but not all the items stated in the menu are available. The pool is poorly cleaned - dirty dishes stand for several days, the wooden flooring has not been washed once in a week. The fitness area is in very poor condition, it's time to repair it, otherwise you may get injured.

Sweets are delicious in the cafe especially. The music and animation are cool, even better than the CNM this year. First there is a disco for children, then a show for them, then for adults or shlu or music are very eventful evenings. Great stay, good hotel, pleasant service.
We were in Turkey for the first time, with a one-year-old child. I liked the hotel very much, it is quite possible to recommend trips with children. Maybe we'll even come back ourselves.
We had a paid room in the Camellia building, but upon check-in, we upgraded to junior in the main building. There is a disco nearby and it is quite audible in the room, it ends at 11-12. Due to the flight delay, we arrived late and did not compare or change. And then they even decided not to change anything. The room is really freer, the furniture is not new, but everything seems to be neat. The noise of the music was not very annoying. Cleaning every day. It's just not very convenient to get out with a stroller, the elevators are small, sometimes they come full and you miss a few.
The food, the pools, the grounds, the children's areas - everything is cool. It's not a luxury level, but I quite liked everything. I heard someone complain that the animation is rotten, there is no straight wow show. But as for me, it's quite unobtrusive and anyone who wants to have fun will find entertainment. Probably cocktails in bars for 3+. I don't drink and without alcohol it's just sugar.
Special respect to the zoo staff. Very friendly, kind people who sincerely care about animals. We often went to this place.

We were at the hotel in early September, the building of the Camellia Garden House. A very good hotel for a family holiday. The territory is quite large (very green), but at the same time everything is located within walking distance from the main building and there is no feeling of an "anthill".

Free sun beds were always available, including on the pier, where there is also a bar. The shore and the entrance to the water are sandy. Toilets near the beach need to be cleaned better.

Nice family hotel. We were in August. There are a lot of people. The food is very tasty and varied. We didn't even have time to try everything. The restaurant staff is trying very hard. But not all the waiters. I had to (especially at dinner) literally look for a free table, wait until the dishes were removed from the previous vacationers. The bars work great and prepare delicious cocktails. Friendly staff everywhere.
The rooms are cleaned daily. But the cleaning is so-so. They've already written about the air conditioner here. We were unlucky too. A technician was called to adjust it, but he said that technically he could not do it, since it was automatically configured that way. It blew strongly and directly on the bed where the child was sleeping. We hardly slept for two nights, because the air conditioner turned on and off with an interval of about 20 minutes. It was especially audible at night. And it was annoying. Because it blew hard, and when it turned off, it quickly became stuffy. Moreover, we set it at 24 degrees at medium or low intensity. In short, we suffered with him. As a result, they plugged half of it with a towel at night and I had to sleep on a cot myself. And a hair dryer. It's not a hair dryer at all. It's the first time I've met such a sluggish "Valera". He worked extremely slowly and burned wildly, I was already burned. I stopped myself because I overheated myself. She spat and never used it again, otherwise there was a risk of being left without hair and with burns. I don't know about the other rooms, but we were not lucky with either a hairdryer or air conditioning. And so the impressions of the hotel are not bad. But most likely we won't come here anymore.
The zoo is good, the child was taken for a ride on horseback once. We didn't need a water park and a swimming pool, we weren't amateurs. And there were always a lot of people there. The territory is huge, clean and well maintained. There is a place to walk. I could walk 10 thousand steps almost every day)) Not a bad animation. We went to performances several times. The sea is clear, a pleasant sunset. The beach is on solid 4. The sunbeds are too crowded. It is difficult to find a free sunbed around 10 a.m. But I like to go early, before it gets too hot. The first rows were already occupied with towels. But this is not a question for the hotel. The only wish is to clean up supposedly forgotten things in the evenings. Someone left a deflated pink mattress on the sunbed next to us for almost a week. Well, take it away. People are looking for jobs. Not everyone runs to the beach by 7 a.m.

A huge well-groomed territory, a clean large beach, but take the sun beds on the first line until 7 am. The bars and restaurants are all spotless. There are many bartenders and waiters from Kazakhstan. Their level of training and customer service is head and shoulders higher than that of their Turkish counterparts. Room cleaning is certainly excellent, only Turkish girls are already working here and there are no complaints, only gratitude for their work. The food is varied in all directions, a good choice. There were almost not enough grilled dishes and mutton. But it's a matter of taste. You won't be hungry. Five-plus alcohol, a lot of expensive original imported alcohol in all bars. Excellent coffee is brewed throughout the territory. Summary: come and you won't regret it. And of course, special thanks to Marina, the head of the hotel's guest relations service. The small problem that arose was solved instantly.

A wonderful hotel where it is difficult to find fault with the service, food and entertainment! Most of the guests are families with children, so we were very comfortable, since our daughters are 4 years old, mom, dad, child, grandfather, grandmother were on vacation. Breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, dinner from 18:30 to 21:00 (you can be in the hall until 21:30), plus there is a coffee shop with sandwiches and cakes included in the package, a beach cafe, chips, nuts, ice cream always. A separate cafe with pizza and burgers, Viennese waffles, French fries from 9 to 22:30. Respect to the pastry chef. I have never eaten such delicious desserts in Turkey. The only thing is that the time of my movements and the time of work of the pastry shop did not coincide. I visited it once. But there are always delicious and varied desserts at lunch and dinner. I took an absolutely wonderful brownie once.
I didn't really like the evening animation. Too old for a Danish hotel, in my opinion. But in general, there are enough different activities during the day, different fitness. Shooting, darts, boccia. Animation for children.
The room was in the main building. Fresh enough. Not killed. They cleaned well. There were bathrobes in the room right away. Shampoos, Gels are cloying, I didn't really like them. There was a shower cap and cotton pads. There were no other accessories, such as chopsticks, razors, and combs. Territory: medium size, well maintained, green, well cleaned. Not far from the airport (40 minutes transfer). The hotel is more focused on holidays with children. The national composition is Germans, British, Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians. The Turks are also present.
The hotel: the buildings themselves are not the newest, but, to be fair, they are inspected. I speak for the 2 buildings I have visited - Camellia and Jasmine.
Beach: clean and wide enough, sand, some pebbles at the entrance to the water. It is 40-50 meters deep, very convenient with children. You won't worry that the carp will immediately go under the water. The sunbeds are normal, there are quite a lot of them.
Entertainment: for children - water park, nothing special, 6-7 slides, takes a couple of days) There is also a swimming pool with mini slides for toddlers. Animation and evening concerts also happened, with music and entourage - I won't say for the quality, we didn't go often.
Food (lots of food): the main restaurant is large, neat, there is enough food for me, there is a choice. The fruits were also of good quality. I was especially pleased with the presence of delicious beef in a separate corner of the restaurant. It was OK for the children too, there were a lot of nasty things for joy.
Gym: small and not very well furnished. There is not enough equipment, you can warm up, but you can't work out properly.
Features: like to be in a smaller team - you need Jasmine, separate 3-storey buildings, your own pool, quiet, neat. Among the disadvantages are rooms of 40 meters, not so much for 4+ families, high humidity due to the pool, its own restaurant, it seems there are few people there, but the choice is also not striking (the area is smaller - understandable).
Camellia: 3 floors, family rooms, 45 meters, partition between 2 zones in the room, more convenient for the family. The balconies are large and well cleaned. One of the disadvantages is some distance from the main building, but not critical. Also, the view of the neighboring hotel, which has not been completed for many years and is clearly out of the 5-k team on the first coastline, is not very impressive.
The hotel is not bad, there are delicious coffee shops in the main building, good service, the staff is responsive. The kids will be fine, not a hangout.

We rested with a child of 1.2g- it was because of the child that the choice fell on this hotel: a children's pool with slides, a playground almost on the seashore, the entrance to the sea is smooth and not deep, there is a zoo on the territory! It is convenient to walk along hiking trails with a stroller. Adults were also not deprived - 4 pools, evening shows. The food is delicious, varied, there is a standard set of dishes that is repeated from time to time.
The staff is polite.
There are questions about the repair in the rooms - it would not be bad to update it. And as for me, the temperature in the pools was a little low.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. I liked the beautiful well-groomed territory at the hotel, the sea is beautiful, I wanted to thank the cleaner of our room, Mehmet, for his work and efforts, for pleasing my child (for an additional feepayment) crocodiles and swans made of towels (we lived in a shared building on the 4th floor). Meals are actually three times a day, a lot of delicious and fresh dishes, you can always find something to your liking, there is a lot of food, but I can't call this hotel ulta all inclusive, because for an afternoon snack, except for cakes, which my family does not eat, there was nothing else from the food, chips and salted nuts are not a snack for us, we had to stock up on fruits and buns from breakfast so that there was an afternoon snack, if you want to eat at night, then the dining room opened at 00:30, a very inconvenient time, before that we rested in a hotel of the same category and there the night snack began at 23 o'clock.
And in general, it is very noticeable that they save on food and drinks, for an additional fee.the bartenders paid for delicious cocktails, without tips - complete nonsense, which is impossible to drink. In my opinion, the water park worked very little, I didn't really understand the opening hours, it was already closing at 5 pm, and it was impossible to bake before five and it was unclear how to ride there. Special thanks to the blonde girl who taught aqua aerobics, she really enjoyed doing it. About the evening shows: It seemed to me that this was a failure. For 14 days, except for Aladdin and Alice, it was not possible to see anything sensible for children, and half-naked girls danced every evening for adults, there was not enough pole, it was a disco and how to watch this in a family hotel?! This is the first time I've seen this, an incomprehensible concept. By the way, I was unpleasantly surprised that cotton candy and popcorn are sold in the evening for 3 euros, although usually in ultra all inclusive it should be included in the price. To summarize: the price of this hotel is too high and it is unlikely that we will return here again.

We were lucky with the weather, the sea is warm. Yes! There is also a zoo! Gorillas, ostriches, pheasants, peacocks, deer, monkeys, raccoons, flamingos, duck geese, etc. There is a dressage ring, children ride a horse. Several water slides for different ages. Everything is fine - the hotel, the food, the staff, the beach.
The rooms in the main building are tired, with uncomfortable hard beds, but generally good.
A 3-year-old child spent every day like in a fairy tale - hiking to the sea, playing pony kidsclub, a pool with slides, a zoo. The parents were also satisfied with the performances of cabaret, magicians, bingo, karaoke and even a movie screening of the Aviator.
On the last day, we managed to extend the room until 18:00 for 150€.

I just got back from vacation! I definitely recommend this hotel!
A huge green, well-groomed territory! There are 3 outdoor pools for adults, and one heated indoor, a children's pool with slides for toddlers and a heated pool by the slides for adults. Crystal clear sea, sandy beach, there is also sand at the entrance to the sea, and a gentle entrance to the sea, which is very cool for children! There are even more remote two-storey buildings, with and without pools, and single-storey villas with a swimming pool.

The food is sooooo varied and sooooo delicious! Crayfish, mussels were several times a week. For kids, there is a small area in the restaurant with small tables, separate food - soup, boiled fish and meat, meatballs, mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat! Vegetables, purees, yogurts, cookies, fruits, and even a couple of blenders. There is also a beach restaurant - salads, rice, pasta, hot dogs and burgers are served there, and gozleme is baked nearby.
Bottled water is everywhere around the clock, ayran and ice cream, many toilets on site and sanitizers.
99% of vacationers are families with 2-3 children
The staff is mostly Turkish, everyone speaks Russian and English, everyone is very polite and unobtrusive
