I will share my impressions about this hotel. This was our first trip to Thailand and Pattaya in particular. We chose from a variety of hotels, the main criteria were location, included breakfasts and a swimming pool. There was a flaw in all the items from the Stack. The breakfasts were delicious, there was a large selection, and we discovered something new every time. There was always fresh fruit. The hotel has a massage parlor, I managed to visit it, I liked everything, the price is pleasant and the place itself is clean and pleasant. The pool is large and good, we swam several times, and the recreation area is good. The rooms were cleaned regularly and well, there was always cleanliness. The staff was responsive, solved all issues. The disadvantage, of course, is that the Indians screamed at night (literally a couple of times all the time, but as luck would have it, before the early-morning excursions)
My impressions were only positive, thank you!
The hotel is located in almost the very center of the city. You have to walk to the sea, but it was always a pleasant moment, because you walk past bars and cafes and see the local flavor of life and people. The hotel fully meets the request: price-quality. Everything is clean and comfortable enough. There was a kettle and a micro wave in the room, so you can buy your own food at the store, and just warm up in the room. I Recommend the Hotel!
21.12.2024-02.01.2025
The usual three-piece.Breakfast was like everywhere else, plus desserts were sponge cake.
They write that there are a lot of Indians, in fact, even in the hot season, no more than half of the guests. The area may be Hindu, but they didn't bother the hotel. There are no insects in the room, they are cleaned every day. They left 20 baht for a tip every day and never took it, not a single shift. There are two pools, one in the courtyard, the other on the roof of the Bella Grand, we do not use them, we only go to the sea.The street is often in traffic jams in the evening from all sides, it took a long time to get from excursions.Spend the night at the hotel. If you like big shops, they are not far from central and 21. but Jomtien is closer to us, more diverse and cheaper food in terms of night markets, next time at Jomtien. It is even more convenient to get to the ferry from Jomtien, here we first go down to the sea, then we reach Volkin Street and walk along it every day, or transfer to the second tuk tuk along Volkin Street.
We stayed at this hotel from 25.11 to 6.12.24. We really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, bed linen is changed every day. Snow-white. In some places, of course, it would be worth washing, but it did not spoil our rest. The pool is big, clean, the kids really liked the cool slide, and it's great fun. The location of the hotel is perfect for me, everything is nearby, everything is in the area. I hope that we will fly to Pattaya soon, definitely to this hotel.
The old hotel, the glass doors are stained at the entrance, it feels like they haven't been washed since they were built, there is a pool where you can spend time, but there are a lot of Indians who swim in a crowd and there is a lot of noise from them. The breakfasts are satisfactory, at least you can have scrambled eggs! In general, a neutral hotel, but at the check-out we were charged 300 baht for an allegedly broken soap dispenser with a bathtub, a crack was found on the back wall that adjoins the wall, and we have to pay for it, some nonsense, everything is far from new there, and for any item in the room they can claim that You broke it!
We are staying at this hotel for the second time. We were there in 2016 and came back at the end of 2024.
What can I say, the hotel is very tired. It feels like it's just being used, but nothing is being invested.
The reception looks like it's been specially scarred. The dining room is also dirty. The pool was not cleaned at all during our 20 days of rest. The food is normal, you won't stay hungry, but it's far from what it used to be.
The rooms are partially renovated more or less recently. However, it should be noted that towels and bed linen were changed regularly. Cleaning every day.
There are 2 bottles of water in the room, soap, gel, simple tea and coffee. There is a hairdryer, kettle, mugs, safe.
The Indians, who constantly take "guests" for the night, are very annoying. For some reason, this is not monitored by the staff in any way (( and the girls are embedded right at the entrance at six in the evening.
Maybe it's just us who are so "lucky"!?
In general, there is everything for recreation, but I want to clean it all.
It's a great hotel, it's not the first time we've visited, great breakfasts, and the maid on the 8th floor was just a SUPER girl, great coffee in the lobby, a 5 c+ vacation, we definitely want to come back and only to you!Very convenient location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance, Prosperity to you, success and adequate guests!
I stayed at this hotel from 23.09 to 1.10.24 years... Upon check-in, they quickly gave a room on the 5th floor with a balcony facing the street, a decent room, snow-white bed linen, towels were changed every day. A large refrigerator is very convenient, there is only liquid soap in the bathroom... There is no shampoo... The room completely satisfied me!!!
Breakfast.... For myself, only boiled egg, cheese, sausage and greens were edible.. Watermelon, sliced dragon fruit and melon... Coffee oil.. The rest is very special food and very peppery.
The hotel is located in the center of Pattaya.. I saw the color of this country, the impressions are not unambiguous!!
It was shocking that I saw large rats running around in front of the hotel more than once)) having fun))))
There are a lot of cafes for every taste and color near the hotel.. Several 7/11 (I took rice with meat.. It burns like fire in my mouth))
Swimming pool.. I rinsed myself once))) after that, my favorite Turkish swimsuit just burned down)) Yes, it is... I spent a lot of time buying and searching for another swimsuit))) Yeah....
I took 4 excursions from the tour operator, one of them is free... First time in Thailand.. I really wanted to take a peek at this country... I looked at it... Will I fly again? Definitely not to this hotel.. The sea is nearby, but it is impossible to swim very dirty. We went on an excursion from the bus and saw the Jomtien area much cleaner and more comfortable, if I return it will only be to this area
No matter what, I enjoyed everything I saw... Thais are very good-natured and smiling people.. I've been to uninhabited islands, Phuket, Bangkok... I really liked it
I flew alone.. No one was offended anywhere in any way, although I was worried about it...
I don't recommend it, there are a lot of Indians at 03.2025, you can't sit on the pool, they don't want to come in with their food and drinks. We stayed for 2 nights and moved to another hotel. Breakfasts are normal, there is a choice, but half of the food is Indian, but you can choose what to eat. Take a nearby hotel, the rooms are slightly better, but the Indians spoil everything, they are unpleasant.
Still, I decided to leave my review about the hotel. Pros: excellent location, swimming pools on the 8th floor in Bella Granta, there is also a sauna on the 7th floor and a pool in the courtyard with sun beds, quite cozy. Daily room cleaning. The breakfasts are quite good, despite the fact that it is mainly aimed at tourists from India. Kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, light, safe in the room ARE ALL WORKING. Of the cons: the hotel is tired, requires repair (at least cosmetic). If you have put glass doors in the hall and dining room, then please wipe them. Everything is stained, it's scary to touch it. There is garbage in the bushes in front of the hotel and the fountain. The hall is very sad. The elevator and the room are painted with lilac paint, just blood from the eyes. Apparently someone was killed in my room because the curtains were either covered in blood, or someone wiped something on them. Plastic cups instead of cups for tea, there were tea and coffee in the room. Thank you. Well, the tiniest thing is that Indians (unfortunately not the cleanest tourists) come to this hotel as to a brothel. Girls are driven by herds every night. In the lobby, they take pictures of the girls' passports and let them pass, and the fun begins. Pattaya, such a Pattaya. In short, you definitely can'T come here with children. I went and looked, I probably won't go anymore. That's the impression. It's better to go to Sochi...
It's a good thing that my family and I discovered this hotel many years ago. Everything is nearby: shopping malls, beach, markets, small shop. I recommend. The price of accommodation is reasonable.
Good location, varied and delicious breakfasts. Room cleaning every day , with a change of bed linen, towels, everything is snow-white. There is a large refrigerator in the room, a microwave, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly)
It's not a bad hotel, but I didn't really like the location, you need a transfer to get to the ferry, and it's much more expensive to eat in this area than on Jamtien. There are a lot of Indians in hotels, but they don 't bother
Just like when there were a huge number of Indians! And they are indecent people, who know them on vacation, yelling at each other across the hallway. The rooms have all the accessories except a comb. The pool is open until 21-00. The slide runs until 18:00. You won't stay hungry for breakfast, the fruits are only pineapple and watermelon.
Nice hotel!!!!the breakfasts are delicious, the place in the middle of the city is wonderful) only a lot of Indians (I have nothing against it, they just behave like children)
The photo shows the Grand Bella building, but the pool is shared, the Bella Express has one five-storey building, the rooms are good, the reception is well-equipped, the breakfasts are excellent in another building. There are a lot of Indians, not for holidays with children.
There are a lot of Hindus. The hotel is a little tired, but it is located quite well. Therefore, if you are not picky, then, in principle, as a place to stay and have a relatively good breakfast, you can consider it quite nice on the territory in the evening.
The hotel is conveniently located in central Pattaya, two shopping malls, a night bazaar, a lot of cafes are within walking distance, it is very convenient, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, there is a good choice of what to eat, the room was cleaned clean and cozy every day, a cool large pool with a slide will not be crowded for sure, there is still on the roof the pool.
The impression is twofold. The hotel resembles a tourist services factory. On the one hand, high-quality cleaning, good breakfasts, and on the other, unfriendly staff at the pool. It seems that you are not on vacation, but on a routine business. The location is quite passable. A decent swimming pool. Do I want to come there again? Probably not. Thanks again for the cleanliness of the rooms, for the coffee in the lobby. Poor internet and lack of smiles spoiled my impression of this hotel.
I do not advise it, a bunch of Indians with ladies of easy eating, screaming all night, Indian cuisine at breakfast, seasoned with Hindus sticking their hands in all the dishes. Stars for the location of the hotel, the city center, right in front of a normal cafe, not expensive massage parlors on the right.
Ants, not very clean rooms and a huge number of Indians. I had nothing against the latter, but they behaved inappropriately.they brought taek at night and yelled at the whole floor.. the breakfasts are mediocre, while the hotel is not cheap..the only advantage is the location
