I booked a room in advance for a month, the trip was postponed for three days, I asked the administrator if it was possible to reschedule, they said that there were no problems. I arrived at night, it turned out that there was no heating in the room, they put me in a room on a higher level, BUT it was also very cold, especially in the bathroom, it was impossible to wash. In the morning we checked into the reserved room:
Minuses: 1. The table is broken, they couldn't even take it out when replacing it, it just fell apart. 2. The room was completely unheated. 3. The hot water was barely warm, it was impossible to wash.
I asked to adjust the water for three days in a row, they promised, but they never did. When my patience ran out, I decided to move out. I asked to recalculate the cost and then the adventures began: there is no money - we cannot recalculate it... I tried to get a recalculation for a week, they returned a ridiculous amount and then with a problem! I will not recommend it to anyone. The quality of services is low, the attitude of the staff in solving the problem is almost zero.
