Almost everything can be found in this store, and if something is missing, the staff will help you order. Polite staff, a wide range of books, stationery, and entertainment for children. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

On Monday, I ordered a book from an online store with pickup at Surganov. On Tuesday, I received an SMS that the order was processed, but I waited until it was ready (the waiting time indicated on the website is 1-3 days). On Thursday, I called with a question about the status of the order. I received some vague comment that there has been no news from the store on Surganova all week, "maybe everyone is sick." Accordingly, my order has not progressed anywhere. They clarified how urgently I needed to pick it up and said that the book was available on Surganov and I could just come and buy it without referring to the order number.
After an hour in the store, it turns out that the book is not available. In the end, after a long search, we looked through the database and concluded that the last book may have been sold on Wednesday.
In general, I didn't have time to buy a book for a birthday present.
Two stars for the fact that both the operator and the sellers in the store were pleasant on the phone. Minus 3 stars for the huge problems with processing online orders and tracking the availability of books.

A good store, a large assortment. We always found what we were looking for for extracurricular reading lessons of a student. It is very convenient that sellers can consult by phone about availability and price.
