A great store.a huge selection of literature for different preferences.the product layout and price tags are good.there are teaching aids for both schools and universities.a lot of office supplies.the prices are reasonable.
I didn't like the attitude of the seller, to whom I asked a question.She answered rudely, even though she wasn't busy.I apologized, asked a question.the question was about the availability of goods in stock, and in response I was told in a rough form that the goods were on the floor.of course, you can't say anything, it spoiled my mood, it was not pleasant.but nevertheless, this is not the general impression of the store.I recommend it!!

I bought 3 diaries for 3-4 grades. I made a mistake with the language...I took 3 Russians....and we needed 3 Belarusian ones. I realized that I was mistaken..I returned 15 minutes later. They refused to refund the money.There was no necessary language for the exchange.
Printed products are not exchanged, they say!.Hello. It's been 15 minutes.There is a receipt.The condition of the product is excellent.
They didn't meet us halfway!
And where do I need these 3 diaries now???!.........It's not about money, it's about attitude to the customer!
