A very cool and cute store, there is even a small department with books for a ruble. There is a screen for self-search of books in the store's stock. I really liked it, and the staff is kind.
Conveniently located near the metro station, a huge range of products. literature, prices are average (on the World Bank, of course, it will be cheaper))) and I have never seen such a large department of second-hand books🙃

1 star only thanks to your operators, who somehow tried to solve the problem. The only positive moment during the entire time of interaction with belkniga. Why is the availability of the book in stores incorrectly displayed on the site? Why can't I enable regular online card payment on the website? This is available in every adequate online store. You position yourself as the "largest bookselling company." Why should I wait 10 days (instead of 2-3 declared) for the code to be paid in ERIP, which did not exist in the end. I endured all this and waited, but it turns out the book is simply not available. Wasted time, unjustified expectations and a terrible order procedure. I can't believe that you can be so indifferent to your customers:(
I want to write a thank you for the service on 05/21/12. at 13:00. A very good store, a large selection. We like to buy old books there. We went to the store with a 3-year-old granddaughter. And she suddenly asked to go to the bathroom. What to do? I didn't want to address the employees in the hall like that, but I had to. We were immediately, without refusal, taken to the toilet. I was so happy. And then I hear, they begin to tell me that they don't like it when they let outsiders in there and what will happen if the whole city goes there. My God, I knew they wouldn't let us in there just like that. Okay, I swallowed it. But then the cashier also served us with a sour face and also answered my questions about the product with displeasure. I've ruined their mood, it turns out. Thank you all so much for your condescension and such generosity! I think maybe they needed to be paid to visit their toilet... What kind of people we have after all!!! They do not know how to treat people culturally and kindly, especially in government stores and institutions... Sorry. But anyway, thank you very much!!! I wish you not to get into such situations.
