The description of the services does not correspond to reality, it is indicated that debit cards are made and there is a service for individuals, but in fact only currency exchange! Time has been wasted!
On Saturday, accounts and deposits do not work, they said to come on weekdays, work with accounts until 17 on weekdays, went from lunchtime at work, lunch from 13 to 14. I have no complaints about the work of a specialist. The working day is over, he has every right to go home.

I changed my bank card, three people served in this department for more than half an hour, although it is clear that the specialist knows his job well, explained everything in detail, answered questions, advised how best to do it. I didn't like the bank's policy - for the first time we will give you as many as three cards for free, and then pay 10 rubles for each reissue and in addition we withdraw 5 rubles each month.
I would like to note the high professionalism of economist Dzhugan Sabina Ivanovna. An individual approach to each client and a clear knowledge of their job responsibilities.
It 's just a disgusting bank ! The payment from the insurance company could not be made on a day off because there was no economist at work ... Unfortunately, they do not consider it necessary to warn a person in advance about this. And there is a lot of one star for such an attitude.
One of the advantages is the lack of queues. Or I've always been lucky )
