I have been a client of this bank since 2011. Since last year, when working with legal entities, they have introduced the transfer of revenue without commission through cash-in devices, and many questions have arisen here.: 1. Constantly handing over the proceeds, there will be individuals who begin to stick their noses into what you are doing, asking why it takes so long to get insulted, but this indicates their social status; 2. With enviable regularity, the devices do not work, you have to go to another address and waste your time, the bank probably thinks that there is a lot of excess, although if the device is not working, you could hand it over to the cashier, but a commission is charged for this; 3. If there are problems with the Chinese device itself, it takes the proceeds, and there are no deposits to the account. It takes several days to solve this problem with the bank.

A client who arrives at 18:01, which would seem to be a whole hour before closing, is waiting for a "pleasant" surprise, in the form of the inability to receive the necessary service. The cards are issued UNTIL 18:00. If you are already sending SMS messages and your newsletter in Viber (even before receiving the card), then be kind enough to notify customers, in the same sms, about the time before which you can pick up this card. I have no complaints about the work of a specialist. The working day is over, he has every right to go home.
