The bank branch itself is good, but the attitude of some employees is disgusting. Today at 13:00, a young boorish employee closed the window in front of my nose, so she went on a break. Before that, I stood in line for quite a long time, I was second, she saw it and didn't say anything. And that's how I turned from the 2nd to the last in another window, I stood for so long in vain.
The exchanger is like an exchanger. Once I had to buy $ by card, they didn't sell it only for cash. And cash is only in the subway at the department store, other banks, I had to run.
It's a strange story, it positions itself on the Internet as a bank branch, and this is just an exchanger and so everything is in the factory district!!!

I do not recommend this exchange office. For far-fetched reasons, they refused to change the 1993 bill, some kind of wrong color. I had to drive two metro stations to another bank and there were no such questions.

They didn't want to accept bills that were completely normal. They said they were too old or something and tried to change it elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend either this currency exchange office or this bank.
I often change money here, withdraw it from the card or put it on the card. The cashier always works clearly, even if the guard is large, then people pass quickly
