We applied for a loan in less than 40 minutes (before that, I had experience in other banks where they held it for 2 hours and then deployed it according to the documents). Lyudmila explained all the details, told what difficulties there may be with the documents of the guarantors, how they can be avoided.
As a result, the loan was approved. But a problem surfaced that an additional agreement was not signed between the bank and the developer for a new house where I bought an apartment. From the bank's side, they prepared everything as quickly as possible. Lyudmila kept me informed about all the steps - when the paper was signed by their management, what information is provided by lawyers who communicate with the developer. She offered options for what to do if they did not have time to sign the document.
As a result, the loan agreement was concluded. Everything was processed and transferred just as quickly, they managed it up to an hour. Lyudmila also gave me advice on how it is more profitable for me to deposit my own funds in order to win on the euro exchange rate.

Gentlemen! Have you thought about closing this branch? Order a card - you sit for an hour, get a card - you sit for an hour. An unhappy employee… I put 1 for the attitude towards customers and the waiting time.

A vile bank. The attitude towards customers is worse than in any other bank. It has been serviced for 10 years. Brought them income. When applying to lower the credit rate, they began to carry such heresy and the rate was not lowered. Although their competitors did it themselves. I closed the account, closed the card project (~100 employees) and am happy. They started sending all sorts of penalties somewhere and 40 rubles....
Good luck to them in finding clients with millionth turnovers. If they don't appreciate big business customers, then there is no talk about small business at all. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
I can't afford to put more stars..the queues are huge, the problem is not that I have not seen queues in banks, the problem is that there have never been such queues! Very slow work and a long wait, probably, this is not solvable... If anything, I visited the bank on Monday.
Хотел сделать от работы карточку в этом банке. Почитал предложения разных карт и все они хуже некуда. По одной карте снять в месяц можно максимум 300 руб, по другой оплата в магазине от 10 руб, сок купить не выйдет)) На всех снимают за обслуживание карты каждый месяц. Карту сделать платно! Вы привлекать клиентов должны бесплатным выпуском карты и тп, а не с ходу снимать! Не зря все знакомые говорят, один из худших банков.
Уже более полутора лет присылают мне смс , что я должен заплатить за "обслуживание" их карточки, хотя я ей не пользуюсь уже это время. За что вы хотите чтобы я вам заплатил??? И да, карточку закрыть дистанционно невозможно. 0из10 оценка банка. Рекомендуем никому
Заметила не очень приятный нюанс в этом отделении банка.Они не принимают к обмену валюту даже с едва почти заметными пятнышками или в последний раз у меня была какая то полоса при осмотре в ультрафиолете...В Беларусбанке всё без проблем обменяли)
Хочу выразить благодарность милиционеру дежурившему на входе вчера 15.06. Очень вежливый - поздоровался на входе и попрощался на выходе. Сотрудница кассы мне не понравилась
