I am extremely disappointed with the work of the Belgosstrakh insurance company! This organization seems to be trying to save as much as possible on its customers and avoid payments in any way.
The situation with health insurance is simply absurd. I had a referral from a doctor and clear diagnoses, but even the simplest tests began to find fault with me for the most minor reasons. It seems that they are looking for any excuse not to pay for services that should be covered by the policy.
The constant refusals and excuses from scratch were simply infuriating. I feel cheated and neglected as a client. I do not recommend contacting Belgosstrakh if you want to receive adequate service and protection of your rights. It is better to look for another company where customers are appreciated.

Являюсь авто любителем со стажем 17 лет и всегда пользуюсь страховкой Белгосстраха, но случилась у меня неприятность попала в не большое ДТП, на основании чего второе лицо подало на меня в суд , особо проконсультироваться полагаясь на закон из моего окружения не было у кого, а в суд идти надо было. В самый последний момент решила позвонить в Белгосстрах задать вопрос, они с таким сталкиваются ежедневно вдруг проконсультируют, сказали обратиться в юридический отдел на последней минуте до конца рабочего времени ответил начальник этого отдела Барановская Вера Анатольевна выслушала мой вопрос и сказала что поручит разобраться в материалах дела своему сотруднику все так и произошло на завтра с самого утра мне перезвонил молодой человек Маслеников Юрий который и разъяснил что положено в возмещении при ДТП, а что нет огромная благодарность за человеческий подход и разъяснение своих прав при таких вопросах, а так же оперативность в вопросе!
Ну в целом не рекоммендовал бы к сотрудничеству. Страховую выплату занизили несмотря на предоставленные подтверждающие документы. Попал в передрягу не по своей вине, потратил кучу времени и по итогу не компенсировал даже фактических расходов.
