I don't like the fact that I do the same procedure every year for medical insurance, but the insurance company sends a letter of guarantee only for consultation, and only after ANOTHER examination by a doctor, you need to CALL again to send a letter of guarantee for the procedure. No matter how I explain that insurance can only do part of what is required. Sometimes it's not really possible to get through for half a day
