The disgusting attitude of the employees of this insurance company to their duties. Three of my personal episodes in two weeks. There was a need to take certain tests. They enrolled in a water and mud clinic on Makayenka. I arrive on an empty stomach on Saturday at 7.30, and they tell me that there have been no reagents for these tests for two weeks. Goodbye. On Monday, I called the insurance company with questions, and they told me that the information on the analyzers was true, they say, even today we sent people there... But after my urgent requests to check the information, suddenly it turned out - yes, they were wrong. They send me to the city endocrinological dispensary for these tests. And they say that you need to get there by 7 a.m. in order to make it!!! to register. I arrive at 7 a.m., and they make fun of me there. The cabinet of paid services (including insurance) is open from 8 o'clock. Sit and wait. Well, one more thing. On Friday, I call at 3 p.m. and ask for an appointment with a therapist on Monday. The pressure is off the scale for a week and the medications prescribed by your registered therapist have little effect. I explain to the insurance employee that it is important for me to tell at work whether I will be at work on Monday or not, at what time I will not be at the workplace. (I work in an educational institution and the schedule of couples is agreed in advance so that there is no disruption of training sessions). Neither on Friday nor on Saturday did I get a call from the insurance company. For my money, he treats his duties so negligently - the norm for this insurance company.
