They refused to apply for car insurance due to the lack of a physical passport with them, I offered to fill in the photo data - they said they would only issue it with an increased coefficient. Nonsense. Also, when asked why the notification of the end of the insurance period did not come, they threw up their hands, it's good that the traffic police reminded them of this with a fine, thanks to Belgosstrakh "for such care"
