I have been taking out apartment insurance in Belgosstrakh for 5 years. This year, for the first time, an insured event occurred. On July 14, 2024, the apartment was flooded. It is very difficult to get through to the company, no one picks up the phone. We were able to get through only 3 days later - on July 17th. They said that the insurance agent could come only a month later on August 16. Today, on August 26, no one has come yet! Phone calls are either not answered or spoken - wait, they will contact you. This is my last insurance in Belgosstrakh. I do not advise anyone to insure themselves in this unreliable and irresponsible organization.

The company is not serious.I insured the apartment, paid for the insurance, promised to send it by letter and did not send it.I've been waiting for the 2nd week already.I will refuse services.not dressed.

Medical insurance record for MRI in 2 months! There is also a queue for consultations only at state educational institutions.... you can die during this time!
