No apologies, no refunds, nothing… The cost of washing is at the same level as everywhere else, and the quality is just terrible, I will never agree to wash my car here again. The robot at the gas station copes with this task better! I hope the representatives of Geely Atlant-M will read my review and take some measures. It is a pity that such trifles leave their mark on the overall impression of the salon.

But not so much that you defiantly ignore a potential buyer. Turned away and for a long time. I bought another car. I don't regret it.
The car was picked up at this center in January 2024. We liked the employee, her name is Maria. She welcomed me very cordially, told me and showed me, it is clear that she likes her work. And although we did not buy a car there, but the impression remained positive.
The service is not working well. The low qualification of the craftsmen in the workshop and the receptionists. In an hour and a half, they could not diagnose a faulty stabilizer bar. I had to apply again. Next, I arrived at the collapse / convergence, gave the car away. The time was 1.5-2 hours. After talking to the head of the sales department, the manager became more responsive, but the general impression is that they are not interested in selling at all. When the car did arrive, it was prepared quickly, there are no questions here.
