I also contacted the warranty department, the climate control did not work correctly for the new atlas from sale (the chats are just buzzing with it), they immediately offered to re-ask the climate control unit, they said they knew the problem and would fix it for free, it really helped, now I'm driving and I'm crazy. In short, I definitely recommend it, professionals in their field!
